Obedience TrainingCharlie & Bailey, Aug, 2001
My objective in all the classes I teach is to help you develop, through training, a closer bond with your canine friend, and to help you produce a canine good citizen that you, your family, friends, and neighbours will be proud to know. My methods are gentle and stress positive reinforcement and praise. Proof of vaccination, including bordetella , within the past year, is required on the first day of class. Please don't feed your dog before the class, and make sure your dog has had an opportunity to empty both bladder and bowels before the class begins. Of course, as a responsible dog owner, you will always stoop and scoop! Baggies and a garbage can are available. My classes are open to all dogs, both purebred and mixed breeds. In the case of continuously unruly or aggressive behaviour, where a dog is disruptive or a danger to other dogs and handlers, I may ask that the dog is removed from class.
Both group and individual classes are available during the day and the evening in convenient locations in Kelowna and on the Westside. Private consultations can also be provided.
New Classes: Puppy and Beginner: Kelowna and West Kelowna End of March. 2014, contact me for registration.
